A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your appointment and is applied toward the cost of your service. The exact amount is shown when you book online.

Cancellations & rescheduling

Life happens — please reschedule through the booking system with as much notice as possible. Late cancellations and no-shows forfeit the deposit; the current notice window is shown at booking.

Lateness

Arriving significantly late may mean your appointment needs to be rescheduled, and the deposit may not carry over. If you’re running behind, send a message as soon as you can.

Perfecting sessions

A follow-up perfecting session is recommended once your skin has fully healed — typically several weeks after your first visit — and is priced separately. Details are confirmed when you book.

Before your appointment

To protect your results, avoid alcohol, caffeine, and blood-thinning medications for a day or two beforehand, and keep retinoids, acids, and sun off the treatment area for the week prior. Let us know about any relevant medical conditions or medications in advance.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older. Permanent makeup is not performed during pregnancy or nursing, and certain conditions may require a doctor’s clearance — please reach out before booking if you are unsure.

Results

Every client heals differently and results vary by skin type and aftercare. Permanent makeup is a cosmetic process, not a guarantee of a specific outcome.
